CISTEMS newest product is the Personal Itinerary Planner (PIP).  Your attendees will be able to create a calendar online of events and sessions that they wish to attend.  They'll be able to search using dates, keywords and other criteria relevant to your show.  Personal appointments can be added alongside official events.  Seamless ties with the Message Center allows easy addition of appointments and reminders from message itself.

The PIP features a number of state-of-the-art enhancements that include:

• Assortment of output formats including PDF, TXT, CSV, MP3 and iCAL
• Text-to-Speech output of an itinerary to MP3 format for visually impaired attendees

• Can support touchscreens for full kiosk mode

CISTEMS Registration software offers seamless applications to housing and ancillary services such as Messaging, Product Locators, Job Banks, CE and CME Certification, Surveys, etc.

• Attendees can search for session using a variety of criteria including keywords for full text searches.

• Input of personal appointments gives your attendees one form to review for their schedule.

• Adding an appointment based on a received message is just a few simple clicks.

• Attendees are guided through the entire process of adding appointments to their itinerary.

• The daily schedule can be viewed online or via workstations at the conference.  Changes can be made and a new itinerary created.
